At RPM SXS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance apparel; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and labels are intact to qualify for a return.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
